Andy Chafoulias is the owner and CEO of Titan Development & Investments, a real estate development, investment, and management company, with headquarters in Rochester, Minnesota, and affiliate offices throughout the country. His responsibilities include executive oversight of corporate strategy, as well as management of various Titan activities and numerous other partnerships he is involved with. Andy develops and privately funds assets totaling in excess of $85M per year. He has directed and managed acquisitions totaling nearly $1B.
Under Andy’s leadership, Titan Development is known as an extremely active and successful company with more than six million square feet of assets under development and management. Focuses include commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, senior living, and mixed-use properties. His drive, innovation, and collaborative approach have helped him develop numerous partnerships nationally and internationally.
Previously, Andy founded and served as CEO of Lanmark Property Advisors, a predecessor to Paramark. He remains a principal advisor at Paramark Corp. which manages around 6,000 residential units in five states and approximately one million square feet of commercial property. Andy served as President of Suntex Waterfront Management for several years. Furthermore, he has founded 17 businesses. This includes his most recent company he started, Avra Hospitality, a hotel management company with aggressive growth goals. He remains active in several of his businesses as a general partner or sole owner with yearly revenues totaling nearly $100M.
Recently, Andy has been voted Manager of the Southeast Minnesota Capital Fund. Named a few years ago as one of the “10 under 40” by a prominent business journal for making his mark early in life, Andy remains actively involved in a wide array of civic and corporate organizations, including a Board Member of the Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation of Southeast Minnesota, founder of Boys and Girls Club of America (Southern Minnesota), former member of Minnesota March of Dimes Board of Directors, Diversity Council, Co-Chairman for SE Minnesota United Way, US Bank National Association Board Member, and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Board Member, to name a few.
Andy is passionate about giving back to the communities to make a difference and to build a better tomorrow. In 2019, he was named a Hero for Youth Award Winner by Boys & Girls Club. He also recently donated a Lou Gehrig signed baseball to Mayo Clinic. The ball was from during the time that the famous baseball player was being treated at Mayo Clinic and it is in an exhibit at Mayo Clinic’s Heritage Hall now. Additionally, Andy has committed significant energy and resources to providing small businesses and entrepreneurs with streamlined solutions for profitability and efficiency; a topic on which he regularly speaks throughout the country. He resides in Destin, FL with his family, Kelly, Carter, Payton, and Taylor.
Since 2015, Tammy Brogan has held the title of Chief Financial Officer for Titan Development & Investments. She and her team are responsible for all financial and accounting aspects, including budgeting, accounts payable, receivables, cash management, and reporting. Tammy has overseen the implementation of new accounting software systems in the hospitality and property management portfolios. These systems have significantly streamlined tasks, enhanced efficiencies, and improved overall accuracy of information provided to management and ownership teams.
Tammy has been with various Titan affiliates since 1998, including Lanmark Property Advisors and Prosthetic Laboratories in roles as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Her diverse experience has been instrumental in the growth of Titan.
Tammy is originally from Grand Meadow and has lived in southeastern Minnesota most of her life. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. She currently lives outside of Stewartville and enjoys spending time with family and friends at her cabin on the Mississippi River.
Brian leads the Affordable Housing initiatives for Titan Development & Investments which includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing federally assisted housing, as well as new development opportunities. He has coordinated over $125M in LIHTC transactions, utilizing various financing structures including Freddie Mac, HUD, and State Agency debt.
Brian previously served as Controller and Asset Manager during his 27 year career with Titan. His responsibilities included oversight of financial systems, budgets, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operations of Titan’s residential housing portfolio.
He also served as Controller and Director of Administration for Lanmark Property Advisors. Brian developed and maintained the internal controls for Lanmark’s Commercial Property Management, Residential Property Management, Facility Services, and Commercial Property Brokerage divisions.
Brian received his degree in Business Administration through coursework at Rochester Community College and Winona State University. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, and currently resides in Plainview, Minnesota with his wife, Laura, and his two children, Kara and Logan.
Since 1993, Mark Steege has been an instrumental part of the Titan Development & Investments team. He is a Project Executive for Titan and his previous role was Chief Financial Officer. Mark’s current position allows him to utilize his strategic skills in evaluating potential development and leasing opportunities.
Mark works directly with the housing and retail sectors, as well as real estate development. He is a Certified Real Estate Broker and is involved with the leasing, sales, and acquisitions of the various sectors. Over the course of his career at Titan, Mark has been responsible for financing and maintaining lender relationships while having financed in excess of $500M of company related transactions.
As an active member of the community, he has participated on numerous boards and committees throughout his career. He currently is on the City of Rochester Transportation Management Association Advisory Committee. Over the last few years, he has been on the boards of Rochester Downtown Alliance and the Rochester Family Y. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.
Mark is originally from Iowa and attended college there, receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Luther College. Mark and his wife, Teresa, reside in Rochester, and try to make it to their cabin in northwest Wisconsin when possible. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Combining vision, passion, and experience, Chris is able to bring unique and innovative approaches to our work at Titan. As Project Executive, Chris provides leadership with business strategy, client-partner relationships, and business development, both, regionally and nationally. Chris’ organized and proactive approach inspires strong teamwork and a positive atmosphere among team members and partners alike. He is a true leader, team player, and demonstrates energy and passion in all interactions.
Chris has over 30 years of experience in providing leadership in relationship management, team development, finance, and construction/real estate development. He is actively involved in the community through support of the Boys & Girls Club, founding board member of the Rochester Sports Foundation, and board member of multiple civic and corporate organizations.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Luther College.
In 2014, Brian Moser joined Titan Development & Investments as their Director of Construction and Development. He manages all aspects of construction-related activities with Titan affiliates. He is responsible for cost control, scheduling, client communication, quality monitoring, and much more. He manages all design, site development, and contracts related to Titan’s developments. Because of his unique skillset, it enables him to be effective with managing daily activities and strategic planning. Brian is continually driven to build to specifications and exceed expectations.
Throughout Brian’s career, his focus has been on new construction, renovations in multiple sectors including hospitality, healthcare, retail, and multi-family. He is known for being highly organized and delivering exceptional results. His extensive skills in project management have been invaluable to many clients not only during the construction phase, but also preplanning and preconstruction. Since joining Titan, Brian has overseen the development, construction, and completion of over $220M worth of company assets.
Brian holds a BA from The University of Northern Iowa. He has donated his expertise to community developments for multiple non-profit organizations in the Rochester area, including The Reading Center, Law Enforcement Memorial of Southeast Minnesota, The Veterans and Emergency Services Museum, and The Children’s Museum of Rochester. Brian also spends time being part of non-profit boards. For the past seven years, he has been serving on the Board of Directors for Bear Creek Services, where he has been Vice President, President, and Past President.
