Andy Chafoulias

Founder

Andy Chafoulias is the Founder of Titan Development & Investments, a real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Rochester, MN and Miramar Beach, FL. His responsibilities include executive oversight of corporate strategy, business development initiatives and other partnerships efforts. Andy develops and privately funds’ assets totaling more than $1B.

Titan Development and Investments has been ranked “Top 5 Best Midwest” development companies and has received national recognition. Titan Development primarily focuses on commercial, residential, retail, senior living, and mixed-use properties. Andy’s drive, innovation, and collaborative approach have led to numerous partnerships nationally and internationally.

Andy has founded and served as CEO or General Partner across 21 companies. He served as President of Suntex Waterfront Management for several years. He remains active in several businesses as General Partner or sole owner, with yearly revenues exceeding $100M+.

Andy has been named “Top 10 under 40” by a prominent business journal. He has recently been voted Manager of the Southeast Minnesota Capital Fund. He has been recognized as a Hero for Youth by the Boys & Girls Club of America (Southern Minnesota) and in 2021 was presented with a Certificate of Recognition from the organization. Andy dedicates his time to an array of civic and corporate organizations. He is Board Member of the Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation of Southeast Minnesota, former member of Minnesota March of Dimes Board of Directors, Diversity Council, Co-Chairman for SE Minnesota United Way, US Bank National Association Board Member and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Board Member.

Andy is passionate about giving back to the communities that we serve, to make a difference and build a better tomorrow. Recently, he was inducted into the Reading Center Hall of Fame for his contributions to the nonprofit. His donations of a Lou Gehrig signed baseball to Mayo Clinic, remains on display at the Mayo Clinic’s Heritage Hall exhibit. Additionally, Andy commits significant energy and resources to providing small businesses and entrepreneurs with streamlined solutions for profitability and efficiency; a topic on which he regularly speaks throughout the country.

Tammy Brogan

Chief Financial Officer

Since 2015, Tammy Brogan has held the title of Chief Financial Officer for Titan Development & Investments. She and her team are responsible for all financial and accounting aspects, including budgeting, accounts payable, receivables, cash management, and reporting. Tammy has overseen the implementation of new accounting software systems in the hospitality and property management portfolios. These systems have significantly streamlined tasks, enhanced efficiencies, and improved overall accuracy of information provided to management and ownership teams.

Tammy has been with various Titan affiliates since 1998, including Lanmark Property Advisors and Prosthetic Laboratories in roles as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Her diverse experience has been instrumental in the growth of Titan.

Tammy is originally from Grand Meadow and has lived in southeastern Minnesota most of her life.   She received her Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and currently resides in Wabasha, MN where she enjoys spending time on the Mississippi River with her family and friends.

Zarir Erani

Chief Executive Officer

In 2024, Zarir joined the team at Titan.  He is responsible for all operational activities of our company.  Zarir specializes in making the complex simple and ensuring that the team has a clear purpose/vision and roadmap to achieve operational excellence and revenue growth.  As a client facing leader, he begins with a focus on people and culture, leveraging this approach to bring the strategy to life. He has expertise and passion for business technologies, strategic planning, market positioning, talent management, along with operations management & optimization.  He has worked on projects for industry-leading Fortune companies including WellPoint, Kaiser Permanente, 3M, Nokia, Wells Fargo, John Deere, TCF, Intel, General Motors, Michelin, Sun, NCR, Xerox, Polaris, UnitedHealth Group, AT&T and many others.

For the past twenty years, Zarir has been responsible for providing executive leadership at several organizations.  He is a holistic leader, ensuring horizontal integration within organizations, by specializing in digital transformation and pivoting organizations for relevancy and growth.  He is often appreciated for being an inspirational change agent.  Zarir serves on several boards both for profit and non-profit.  He is currently the board chair at AccessAbility Inc., the Board Vice Chair at Westwood Community Church, and the President-Elect of the Excelsior Lake Minnetonka Rotary Board.

Zarir has a BS in Computer Science, Marketing, and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato and an MBA with a MIS specialization from University of Saint Thomas.

He is married to his wife, Mary, and has 3 adult children, Taeya, Rainer, and Aiden.  As a family they enjoy boating and beaches.
