Shelley serves as Director of HR for Titan Development & Investments and their various entities. She has been with the company since 2003.
Her responsibilities involve oversight of the performance of vital functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, system access and Federal and State Regulatory compliance. She is accountable for centralizing Human Resource activities creating efficiencies to allow for business growth. She has managed the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs since 2005. Shelley is a member of the Rochester Human Resource Association and Society for Human Resource Management.
Shelley is certified in Human Resource Management through coursework at Cardinal Stritch University, and has a Bachelors in Business Management from there as well. She is currently pursuing her MBA from Augsburg College.
